Issue Description ->
Post installation of OBIEE 11g got error, 'MBean attribute access denied error' and BI Services were not starting
Solution that worked for me ->
In the file ...\bifoundation_domain\config\fmwconfig\servers\AdminServer\dms_config.xml , change the setting from true to false
<dump intervalSeconds="10800" maxSizeMBytes="75" enabled="true"/>
to:
<dump intervalSeconds="10800" maxSizeMBytes="75" enabled="false"/>
Subsequently BI services could be restarted successfully
